Apologies for the confusing wording of my previous message: my "reverse
dependencies status" did indeed refer to the already-started
libopenscenegraph80->99 transition, not the proposed 99->100. The
request for an official transition tracker is now #729289.
One more fix that is needed before uploading 3.2.1rc (and may or may not
already be there, since I can't check until Alioth comes back up):
libopenscenegraph99 and libopenscenegraph100 have file conflicts, so
should declare this (see #722674).
