Justification: FTBFS on amd64

Hi,

During a rebuild of all packages in sid, your package failed to build on
amd64.

Relevant part (hopefully):
> checking for GCONF... yes
> Using config source xml:merged:/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.defaults for schema
> installation
> Using ${prefix}/share/gconf/schemas/ as install directory for schema files
> checking for boostlib >= 1.20.0... yes
> checking whether the Boost::Signals library is available... yes
> configure: error: Could not link against !

The full build log is available from:
   http://aws-logs.debian.net/ftbfs-logs/2014/03/15/morris_0.2-1_unstable.log

A list of current common problems and possible solutions is available at
http://wiki.debian.org/qa.debian.org/FTBFS . You're welcome to contribute!

About the archive rebuild: The rebuild was done on EC2 VM instances from
Amazon Web Services, using a clean, minimal and up-to-date chroot. Every
failed build was retried once to eliminate random failures.

   * debian/rules: include /usr/share/dpkg/default.mk and
     add --with-boost-libdir=/usr/lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH)
     to configure. Fixes FTBFS (Closes: #741751)
 .
   [ Logan Rosen ]
   * Use debhelper functions from autotools-dev to update config.{sub,guess}
     instead of doing it manually to try to fix FTBFS on arm64 and ppc64el.
   * Have clean not depend on config, as we are configuring twice.
