Hi, I have prepared fix to disable usage of dmb on armel. It's hidden in urcu/arch.h and enabled by urcu/config.h (that get's defined on library compile time and not on program compile time).
The fix has been commited to git and uploaded to DELAYED/2. It's a hack in debian/rules that does disable dmb only on armel and not on armhf. Feel free to improve the fix and reupload as -3. But please let it migrate to testing before uploading new versions, so the liburcu transition is no longer blocked by failing r-deps.
