Justification: fails to build from source
Dear Maintainer,
xine-lib-1.2 currently fails to build in sid, probably due to the new
libcaca.
The configure script doesn't detect CACA anymore:

Subsequently the build fails:

Please update the CACA detection or don't try to install the caca plugin.
