The removal request was only to remove the u-boot:powerpc binary
package, not u-boot-tools.

The source package still will build u-boot-tools on powerpc (and did, in
2014.04+dfsg1-3). Maybe requesting a binNMU on powerpc for u-boot would
fix this? Of course, it may be best to wait until u-boot:powerpc is
removed from jessie as well, so that u-boot can propegate to jessie.
Not sure when that will happen.
