What is this 1:5.19-1+exp1 version? It doesn't appear in the ChangeLog history of file 1:5.19-2 (though I've only checked amd64), and this bug is not present in 1:5.19-2 for amd64 at least: -rw-r--r-- root/root 2873328 2014-09-07 19:59:58 ./usr/share/file/magic.mgc which is not a symlink.
