I have reported this upstream; they have agreed it's a problem and are in the process of removing the first group and investigating the second. To deal with this problem in the meantime, we will need to repack the "orig" tarball (which the version just added to Alioth does _not_ do); the new version would then conventionally be called 0.8+dfsg1-0.1 or 0.9.3+dfsg1-0.1.
