The latest upload of bwctl build-depends on libiperf-dev, which is unavailable on kfreebsd. As the package built fine before on kfreebsd, this is preventing migration to testing. You should probably request the removal of the old kfreebsd binaries from unstable (see https://wiki.debian.org/ftpmaster_Removals), and close this bug once that is done.
