The three last commits on https://github.com/desrt/systemd-shim/commits/master ("Clean up closing logind sessions" and the two previous ones) implement this now. Tomorrow I'll still look into https://bugs.debian.org/756247 (my original patch does not work), then we'll have all bugs except #747821 (moreinfo) fixed.
