That is correct (I have repeated the tests and it is still correct).

I have just tested k3b 0.12.10-1 in a 32-bit sid chroot on an amd64 system,
and it correctly produces the main window.  There are a few error dialogs
before doing that, but I imagine that this is because I have no packages
except k3b and dependencies installed in the chroot.
