Package: glusterfs-common Version: 3.5.2-1 Severity: serious glusterfs-common package embeds the dynamic libraries, the build-time library links (libfoo.so) and the header all in the same non-numbered package.
Please split it into, as appropriate, libglusterfs$ABI, libglusterfs-dev, and glusterfs-common, as all other library-providing packages do in Debian, see the Policy Manual chapter 8. While at it, please also enable either symbol versioning (best) or shlibs file for libglusterfs$ABI package, until it's too late.
