ghc-cvs should not be NMUed without first checking that the upload will not suffer from #346248, and that its testsuite will not take days to run on most arches (all but x86/amd64, IIRC) (#305178). Even then, NMUing this old version would seem like a waste of time to me. When things start working again I'll upload an updated version.
