Dear Maintainer,

Trying to run vagrant results in this error message:
Could not find gem 'timers (~> 1.1.0) ruby', which is required by gem 'vagrant
(= 1.6.5) ruby', in any of the sources.

My system has ruby-timers version 4.0.1-1
