Ideally it would come from the obj-wide build tree (we link the test
programs with the just-built library), but neither the ncursesw5-config
script nor the .pc files exist there; they are only created upon "make
install" (or "make install.libs").

Might at least be temporarily necessary anyway until the -config scripts
are moved back to ncurses-bin; I'll do that if nobody comes up with a
better idea in the next few days.
