Let's just remove the block and rename it accordingly. qapt maintainers: the binary packages produced by qapt do not expose the gstreamer API, so they should not be marked with the gstreamer version they where linked against (except if you at some point want to make two available versions of the gstreamer backend, which I hardly doubt). Moreover they are not public libraries but private ones, so they can be renamed accordingly (maybe even called "plugin"?)
