For a clean file takeover you are missing a Replaces: xyz (...) matching
the Breaks: xyz (...)
(deconfiguration of python-hl7 will satisfy the Breaks, but the files
are still there)
Providing python-foo from python3-foo looks, well, interesting.
Is there a comma missing in '${python:Provides} python-hl7' ?
