+1 here, I wouldn't have say it better.

Also, if I knew for sure that you'd do a perfect work on maintaining
these packages alone, I probably would have accept. But I do remember I
had to ping you 5 or 6 times to get a RC fixed when you maintained stuff
for OpenStack, so I don't want this to happen again. The fact that you
are upstream for part of the thing is also another reason *against*
giving you the package.
