Just yesterday new versions +b1 of packages libkdecorations2-5 and libkdecorations2private5 entered testing, but they don't work with the unstable version of breeze, so I think you should come back to the testing version of breeze (please read this: https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=794581#167 ).
