Me and Jonas had a discussion where jonas mentioned tool distributes non-DFSG code embedded as template code for others to compile when creating fonts with this tool ...and distributing non-DFSG code is forbidden, no matter if compiled or not But I'm unsure to decide on this because I don't know what is real purpose of libefont if the mentioned code is used to create a new font or just used to extract information from the font. So waiting for upstream to clarify.
