Maybe just dpkg -r ure to keep the dependencies installed ... the reproduction command may have been too simple, the log has the full etails. (I have a script doing these tests ... and there was a valid installation possible (all relationships satisfied, no --force used) first mixing old libreoffice-common and new ure and thereafter removing ure resulting in this disapperance) > So I still don't know how one can get into a situation where this matters > (as in #801552).
