Control: retitle -1 dropbear-initramfs: cannot unlock the disk with the keyboard and 4.2 kernel when DHCP is not available

The system is just waiting for DHCP. Actually this happens only with the Linux 4.2 kernel (linux-image-4.2.0-1-amd64 4.2.6-1).
