The perl 5.22 transition just started (see
https://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2015/12/msg00005.html)
and we seem to have missed that this package depends on the
deprecated virtual package "perl5-base" like some other packages did.

The perl 5.22 packages don't provide perl5-base, making this package
uninstallable.
I'm sorry that we overlooked this prior to the unstable upload.

The fix is a simple s/perl5-base/perl-base/ in debian/control.

Let me know if you'd like this to be NMUed without further delay.
