Hi,
I initially packaged php-jama as a dependency of php-excel (#718585),
but this package is not going to happen in the near future a priori, so
there is little point to ship it in the next stable release.
Furthermore, the upstream website is dead for a few months now.
I intend to follow up with an RM request in a few months if nobody
objects (but feel free to beat me to it).
