control: reassign -1 libwnck-dev control: retitle -1 missing dependency on libxres-dev

The failing test is the detection for the libwnck version. In a sid pbuilder chroot, trying to reproduce the test, I get: scapa# pkg-config --print-errors --atleast-version=2.12 libwnck-1.0 Package xres was not found in the pkg-config search path. Perhaps you should add the directory containing `xres.pc' to the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable Package 'xres', required by 'libwnck-1.0', not found xres is indeed a dependency: scapa# grep xres /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig/libwnck-1.0.pc Requires.private: x11 pango cairo libstartup-notification-1.0 xres So I'm reassigning this bug to libwnck-dev, which should not have dropped the depends on libxres-dev.
