I actually have libguestfs running on mipsel at home. It's very slow indeed :-(
Anyway, it looks as if the segfault is happening in the `qemu-img' utility. The command which fails is: qemu-img create -f qcow2 -o preallocation=metadata blank-disk-1s.qcow2 512 (You could just run that command on its own on the same hardware to see if you can reproduce it). This bug should probably be reassigned to qemu.
