I agree with the bug report and explanation, but I don't think this should 
prevent
testing migration. The package doesn't build, so end users are "safe", because
they won't install it on hppa/hurd.

Usually bugs for FTBFS are RC for release architectures, and not for other 
architectures.

I think porters will fix the toolchain, I agree there isn't a regression in 
borgbackup, because 

we didn't change parts in the build process.
