I recently packaged php-picofeed, as used by owncloud-news, but it’s now gone as per #816901 since owncloud is going away, see #816376. There is a priori little point to ship php-picofeed in a Debian stable release. I intend to follow up with an RM request in a few months if nobody objects (but feel free to beat me to it).
