Please feel free to forcemerge with the real bug if there is one already reported. The "affects" helps people like me who find FTBFS bugs to avoid filing duplicate bugs. I'm keeping the bug closed for now, but in this case I've just checked that nifti2dicom FTBFS in stretch, which is something should never happen (packages in testing should be buildable in testing too). Can you comment on the status of the transition? Thanks.
