Thanks for reporting! Since mediawiki-extensions-base is basically folded into the mediawiki package now, I changed[1] it to conflict for all versions of the package and be a replaces as well. I couldn't really figure out how to reproduce the piuparts run locally though - the invocation at the top of the log file wasn't very useful to me as it referenced tmp directories mostly, soany help on how to do so would be appreciated.
