Source: webkit2gtk
Version: 2.12.3-1~bpo8+1
Severity: serious

Hi,

I've been strugling to rebuild webkit2gtk backport. I tried with 2 environement,
one using Jessie and sbuild, and one using a virtualbox machine without sbuild.
Both times, I had the below output:

collect2: error: ld returned 1 exit status
Source/JavaScriptCore/CMakeFiles/JavaScriptCore.dir/build.make:19680: recipe
for target 'lib/libjavascriptcoregtk-4.0.so.18.3.11' failed

I'm not pasting the full command line for linking, because it's really huge.

Please fix this ASAP. This is a blocker for me.

Cheers,

Thomas Goirand (zigo)

Oh, I didn't think about that. I tried on a 4GB virtualbox machine, and
in a 8GB VM (but no swap) on an OpenStack cloud, each time I had the
same result. So I guess you must be right, and there's not enough RAM.

Thanks for your input. I'm closing the bug, at least until I can try
rebuilding on a machine with more RAM.

Cheers,
