Hi, Some time ago there was some activity with an upstream issue [1] about making the package ready for proper inclusion into Debian.
Unfortunately upstream doesn't properly document dependencies and seems to have the habit to use locally patched versions of these dependencies if they feel like it. Given that they are also reluctant to tag a release, and the only useful dependent package would be Slicer (which has exactly the same issues), I think that packaging CTK doesn't make much sense.
