when in grub, hit e, go to the line which says "linux ... ro quiet",
append init=/bin/bash, hit ctrl+x

$ mount -oremount,rw /
$ sed -i /RestrictAddressFamilies.*/d
/lib/systemd/systemd/system/systemd-*.service
$ sync
$ reboot -f
