as reported by pgapt user Ludovic Delauné [0] the SQL scripts generated now contain an escape character, breaking CREATE EXTENSION. This affects stretch and sid (w/o pgapt) as well (not jessie, though). It turned out this is due to a bashism in the generation scripts. I've already pushed a fix and pgapt is corrected.
