The facility that this package relies on no longer exists in the post-Netscape Mozilla codebase, and won't be re-added: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=36925 https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=64598 (Chrome and Chromium similarly have no such facility.)
