Package: kvpnc
Version: 0.8.2.1-1
Severity: serious
Justification: Policy 3.5

When closing PPTP connections, kvpnc invokes the command "killall -3 pptp".
From looking at the source code, it
seems that other connection types also use killall.

killall is included in the psmisc package, which is not listed in the
dependency information.
