Hi, this bug can easily be fixed by removing the build-dependency on libdb4.2-dev. The remaining dependency on apache-dev already assures that that libbdb4 is available.
I've verified this by building the package with pdebuild. Since your last update of this package is a few years away, I intend to NMU this package.
