Please at least try to look what is going on...

The package has been taken over by David Moreno Garza and there is
already a fixed version in the NEW queue.

The package is already uploaded some time ago, but is still in the NEW
queue...

It's the other way around... The locales packages are in process of
being centralised in locales-all...
