I just discovered a better way. I can use babel (which is on its way to
main, currently in NEW) instead of rollup and node-d3-color can go to main.

rollup has transpile+bundling features. In this case, we can replace the
transpile feature with babel. gitlab uses webpack anyway for bundling
(hence we don't need rollup for bundling in this case).
