Package: bpfcc-tools
Version: 0.3.0-1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

Dear Maintainer,

this package does JIT compilation and it fails when kernel headers are not
installed.
Possible fix:
add a dependency to kernel headers

Regards
