Could you check whether https://source.isc.org/cgi-bin/gitweb.cgi?p=bind9.git;a=commit;h=404c9b1c53fd13f3a7f404522b13f48e2a71a8a0 fixes the issue. I think it might be better to backport this stdatomic.h patch (from 9.12) to 9.11 instead of using custom patch just for mips if possible.
