Package: debops Version: 0.4.3-1 Severity: serious debops has a hard dependency on debops-playbooks, but debops-playbooks has been removed from Debian with the claim "it's no more needed" (https://bugs.debian.org/880102). Sounds for me as if that claim was wrong.
