Well, interpreters of debian/copyright, both human and computer, surely
cannot be responsible for knowing the employment history of authors. :p
But more importantly, d/copyright has "(c) 2013, Doug Hellmann" whilst
this file has "© 2013 New Dream Network, LLC." These are different legal
entities.
(Would agree it's not a code copy).
