Please can you post the complete pbuilder log? Is strange it appears to have libetpan-config and not libetpan.h, because they belong to the same libetpan-dev package. Your piece of log doesn't show anything relevant appart of this, and I've been able to rebuild it without error in pbuilder with an updated sid i386 chroot.
