Matplotlib is unable to migrate to testing due to a missing build on armhf, this in turn, was caused by the recent addition of the build-dependency on pandas. Pandas has not been available on armhf for some time [1]. Is it possible to build recent version matplotlib without pandas on architectures where it is not available?
