Indeed this is a Lintian bug. Unicode changed the license and the new license can be found here: http://www.unicode.org/copyright.html#Exhibit1 Also see https://bugs.debian.org/864729 for more information. In my opinion this is merely a documentation bug but not a Policy violation. Regards, Markus
