This issue means that everything using meson in Debian fails to build right now. Specifically, this is blocking us from being able to do the GNOME 3.30.1 updates this week. So I think a temporary fix now would be appropriate and then you can take more time to figure out a different solution if you like. Thanks, Jeremy Bicha
