Yes, the removal of /usr/X11R6/bin/ needs to be an all-or-nothing
transition, because the symlink that puts this directory in the user's path,
/usr/bin/X11, is being pointed elsewhere in X11R7.  The x11-common package
now conflicts with all other packages that install to /usr/X11R6/bin, so
xlockmore needs to be updated to install its files under /usr instead of
under /usr/X11R6.

It also means that in the end we can provide a better upgrade path, by
turning /usr/X11R6/bin into a compat symlink pointing to /usr/bin so
absolute path references continue to work for etch.
