Package: debian-installer Severity: critical Justification: breaks the whole system
Today I downloaded the fresh Etch iso image (CD-1, ~650Mb). When I tried to install, installer correctly recognized media as Etch 'testing' medium Then installer required to define the online repository to install from and subsequently, at step of base system install , refused to install saying something like "dont now how to install - no cd found and mirror is not reachable" ( This PC has NIC but no network ) So I rendered this bug as critical as it does not allow to correctly install from appropriate medium -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.8-3-686 Locale: LANG=ru_RU.KOI8-R, LC_CTYPE=ru_RU.KOI8-R (charmap=KOI8-R) -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
