ntopng fails to build from source with the new ndpi, which recently migrated to testing. This affects both the version in buster (as evidenced by the raspbian binnmu http://buildd.raspbian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=ntopng&arch=armhf&ver=2.4%2Bdfsg1-4%2Bb3&stamp=1548089724 ) and the version in sid (as evidenced by reproducible builds https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/rbuild/unstable/amd64/ntopng_3.2+dfsg1-1.rbuild.log.gz )
