Bug#921305: zfs-dkms: fails to upgrade from stretch

Andreas,

I seem to have no way to test this in a chroot, but I'm pretty sure that
this issue could be fixed by adding a versioned Pre-Depends: spl-dkms to
zfs-dkms.

Am I missing something?
